Please inspect baby gates, outlet covers, and corner pads to ensure they are in working order. Never leave children unsupervised. ★ MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS ★ There are two long sets of stairs, guests with mobility issues may want to consider booking elsewhere, sorry for the inconvenience! ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. We use a thorough cleaning/sanitization process after each check-out. For this reason, early check-in may not always be possible, but we'll do our best to accommodate requests! ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and potential lost income if the guest following you needs to be cancelled due to tobacco/cannabis odours. Smoking is only permitted on the lower balcony (Please note, this is for all townhomes, not just our unit!) ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its good condition for future guests, and your future visits. We have a strict 6 guest policy, exceeding this number could jeopardize our ability to host.
